Also featured in this latest photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend identifying different areas of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
